Regional Manager

The successful candidate must have the following (experience/skills/ qualifications/competencies): Tertiary qualification in business, economics or sales & marketing.
5 years sales experience, with 2 years at management level within a target driven environment.
Exposure to chain stores/ branches in agricultural environment.
Computer knowledge, specifically MS office applications Knowledge of budgeting principles etc .
Excellent understanding of business finance and performance drivers
Superior people skills
Excellent motivational skills
Strong leadership skills
Excellent organisational skills.
Sound written and verbal communication skills Driving accountability
Strong performance bias and leadership skills or potential.
Strong team-player and strong ability to lead a team
Highly organized and deadline driven
Strong process and systems understanding

Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
Cross-cultural awareness
Impact and influence.
Organisational understanding
Business understanding. Responsibilities: Manage and lead sales team.
Formulate Branch Performance Reports.
Help develop and implement sales strategy
Customer Service
Manage stock effectively
Account Standards
