Pastry school graduate with a good theoretical and practical experience
3 years’ experience as a Pastry Chef experience in development.
Good HACCP understanding and training.
Develop new products on a proactive basis for customers.
Develop new products for in house food-service range.
Source new ingredients and develop products
Attend marketing open days and trade shows demonstrating products.
