Manage the operational execution of client service to ensure effective and consistent client service delivery.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- 3 year degree/diploma in business management (or similar)
- 7-10 years financial service exposure of which 5 years in a management level
- 5 years operational experience within a client management environment
- 3 years client service experience on a branch level
- 5 years people management
