A specialised Insurance and Asset Management Firm within the Engineering sector is seeking a Claims Negotiator (Professional Indemnity and Liability Claims) in Century City
Requirements
- Admitted attorney
- LLB
- At least 2 years post admission experience in contracts law and/or litigation
- Prepared to study towards insurance qualification
- Must do Regulatory Representatives exam
- Engineering/Insurance industry knowledge is an advantage
- Experience in Professional Indemnity and Liability claims would be an advantage
- Bilingual
- Efficient in word, excel and outlook
- Good communicator (verbal & written)
- Must be a problem solver (able to assimilate large amounts of information and apply policy wording)
