Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for business development organising and conducting workshops for educators, callings on schools, key booksellers and libraries to generate sales and coordinating provincial activities.

The successful applicant will need:

• A national diploma in education, marketing or sales 
• Extensive sales experience 
• Relevant training experience 
• A thorough understanding of the South African schools’ curriculum 
• In-depth knowledge of the education and book trade market 
• Relationship building skills 
• Strong facilitation and communication skills 
• Planning and organising skills 
• Report writing skills 
• Ability to operate within a team 
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle essential.
