As a bookkeeper you will assist our client to exceed financial expectations by accurately recording all financial transactions that take place in the company. You will also be required to perform a variety of administrative duties. Your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: Maintaining subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating , and posting transactions Balance subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries Managing historical documents Contribute to team effort by accomplishing results Petty cash management Administration To be Successful As a bookkeeper you will be accurate and you will have high attention to detail. You will be able to analyse the financial data and be particular in terms of meeting deadlines and achieving high business standards. Your communication skills will be excellent with. You will strive toward initiating and improving procedures to ensure the successful achievement of company goals. You will have relevant tertiary qualifications and a minimum of 4 years bookkeeping experience with Pastel knowledge and experience.
