An East London based company seeks to employ a Mentor, to provide guidance and mentorship to a group of interns, as part of the Microsoft EEIP AffFactory initiative. The Mentor will practice project architecture, team management and client engagement in a fail-safe environment, and lead the team of interns through all the stages of software development and guide the course of their projects. 

The successful candidate will need to meet the following criteria: 

– be based in East London, or able to be in East London from Monday to Friday

– provide hands-on mentorship and guidance to the group of interns

– have completed the relevant Microsoft Certificates / Qualifications

– have 5+ years’ development experience

– have good communication skills
