An exciting career opportunity exists for a Payments Manager to join an expanding team within a global organisation involved in the online sports and entertainment industry. The environment is relaxed and casual in style, but the teams work to tight deadlines and are fast paced.This role offers excellent growth potential, and they require someone that is highly motivated and driven with a “can do” attitude.The Payments Manager will be responsible for managing the payments function across the business as well as looking at defining and implementing initiatives.Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing of payments timeously
• Researching and integrating new payment methods
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Investigating + handling queries
• Identify risks
• Managing SLA’s
• Enhancing processes and procedures
• Identifying + implementing payment solutions

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Ideally 5+ years’ payments experience
• You will have experience within the online gaming and/or ecommerce industry
• Experience in integrating new payment methods and implementing payment solutions: Payment Platforms, Payment Service Hub, Acquiring, Processing, Clearing and Settlement
• Excellent customer service + communication skills
• Analytical with strong problem-solving skills
