Daily Responsibilities:   

  • The main purpose of this role is to expedite exceptional customer service and first call query resolution 
  • Take high volume inbound calls daily dealing with client’s queries via telephone in adherence with productivity standards and department policy and procedures
  • Ensure that more complex and priority queries are escalated appropriately to the relevant Department for resolution
  • Make outbound calls in accordance with predetermined schedules
  • Handle all queries in adherence with the Call Centre Quality standards and implementation and maintenance of effective internal controls and procedures
  • Record customer complaints regarding overall customer experience
  • Responsible to manage and resolve customer complaints and give feedback timeously
  • Identify and escalate priority issues and route calls to the appropriate department for resolution

Candidate Requirements:     

  • Matric Certification
  • Three to five years’ contact centre experience
  • Intermediate  knowledge of MS Office with fast, accurate keyboarding/Data Capture Skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of the company policies and procedures (will be given full training)
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and customer related business risks
  • In-depth understanding of Contact Centre’s within a medical scheme administration environment
  • Knowledge of regulatory framework (CMS, MSA)

Remuneration and Benefits: R13,500 with full benefits, incentives and bonus annually.
