Global communications agency, Hill+Knowlton Strategies (H+K) is looking for a professional, motivated, energetic, self-starter to join our South Africa office as a part time bookkeeper and admin manager.
You would manage all our finance and bookkeeping functions and report into our Finance and Operations Executive. From generating invoices, to collecting money, to loading suppliers onto the system and managing payments – if it’s to do with admin and finance, it would be part of your role. You will need to be able to work independently but collaboratively with the wider team and to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Formal qualification (certificate/diploma) in bookkeeping/ accounting
- Strong administrator
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
